Robert A. Baxter -- Partner
Mr. Baxter has represented many municipalities and other public entities in defense of tort, employment and civil rights in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey. He has served as special counsel to municipalities in litigation involving redevelopment projects. He also represents one of the largest non-profit community agencies in the State of New Jersey which serves the behavioral healthcare needs of children, individuals and families in Southern New Jersey.
Mr. Baxter received his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1971 and his law degree from Duke University Law School in 1975.
A member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, he was the Chairman of its Executive Committee of the Civil Trial Bar Section. He was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to its Civil Practice Committee.
Mr. Baxter is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
Mr. Baxter is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and serves as an arbitrator for the Superior Court.
