Jeffrey S. Craig -- Partner
Mr. Craig handles civil, criminal and domestic litigation in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Mr. Craig's practice includes representation of insurers, manufacturers and businesses in products liability, commercial, contract, tort, warranty and employment litigation. In his defense practice, Mr. Craig has successfully defended and counseled manufacturers, product distributors, dealerships, and contractors at the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Craig also represents individuals in personal injury, criminal defense and domestic matters. Over the last decade, he has successfully represented seriously injured individuals in automobile accidents, premises liability and product liability claims, and employees who have been wrongfully or unfairly treated, obtaining significant jury verdicts, awards and settlements throughout the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Craig received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Dickinson College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Craig received his law degree in 1990 from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary, where he was a member of the Law Review and National Trial Team.
Mr. Craig is a member of the New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Camden (NJ) and Gloucester (NJ) Bar Associations.
Mr. Craig is a member of the state and federal bars of Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is an arbitrator appointed by Superior Court of Delaware.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Craig was a reporter for a Philadelphia-area daily newspaper. Mr. Craig has served as a member of Council of the City of Woodbury and as President of Main Street Woodbury, Inc. He is a current member of the East Greenwich Township Planning and Zoning Board.
