Edward S. Wardell -- Partner
Mr. Wardell has represented a wide variety of health care carriers, insurers and other businesses in complex health care, ERISA, professional liability, and tort litigation before the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Wardell has served as counsel to Aetna, Inc., Aetna Health Inc., Health Net, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey and other members of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. He is widely recognized as one of the leading litigation attorneys in the area for health care insurers and managed care entities.
Mr. Wardell received his law degree with High Honors from the Rutgers University School of Law in 1979.
Mr. Wardell is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
Mr. Wardell is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Mr. Wardell represents health care carriers in actions brought to recover overpayments made to providers. Among other actions, he has obtained multi-million dollar recoveries for the unlawful operation of medical practices; from invalid employer groups; and from a variety of other medical providers.
